Abbey En Plein Air

My first plein air digital painting and first piece I created using the Procreate App!
I visited Titchfield Abbey (a ruin close to home) several times over the course of 2019 to complete the painting.
Note, in the GIF breakdown, I drastically changed the perspective half way. In the process of painting, I learned that being too close to a large subject (and my iPad being on my lap), resulted in a flat horizon and compressed perspective. Ugly. To rectify this, I simply distorted the point of view using Photoshop (our saviour) and a photograph for reference.
